What we collect

We only collect the information we need to quote your job, carry out the work, and keep in touch about it. Depending on how you contact us, that may include:

• Your name and the contact details you give us (phone, mobile and email).
• The address or suburb of the property that needs treatment or inspection.
• Details of your enquiry, such as the pest involved, how urgent it is, and what you are seeing.
• For pre-purchase timber pest inspections, the details needed to complete and send the report, including your settlement agent's contact details.
• Records of jobs we have done for you, treatments applied, and any warranty or service history.

We collect this information directly from you, by phone, by email, or through the quote form on this website. We do not collect sensitive information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• Prepare and send you a quote.
• Schedule and carry out pest control treatments and timber pest inspections.
• Contact you about your job, including reminders for annual termite inspections or warranty service.
• Prepare timber pest inspection reports and invoices, and send them to you and, where you have asked us to, your settlement agent.
• Keep proper records of the work we have done and meet our obligations under Australian Standards (AS 3660 and AS 4349.3) and Health Department of WA requirements.
• Answer your questions and respond to feedback.

We do not use your information for marketing from other businesses, and we do not sell your details to anyone.

When we share your information

We keep your information to ourselves wherever we can. We will only disclose it in limited situations:

• To your settlement agent or conveyancer, where you have asked us to send a timber pest inspection report or invoice for a property purchase.
• To service providers who help us run the business, such as email or accounting providers, who are only given the information they need and are expected to protect it.
• Where we are required to do so by law, or to comply with Health Department of WA or other regulatory obligations.

We do not store your information overseas as a matter of course. Where a service provider we use stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled to a similar standard.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep records only as long as we need them for the work, our warranty periods, and our legal and tax obligations, and then we dispose of them securely.

This website

This is a small business website. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data. If we use basic analytics to understand how the site is used, that information is aggregated and is not used to identify you. The quote form sends the details you enter to us so we can reply; please only include what you are comfortable sharing.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. Just call or email us using the details below. There is no charge for asking, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
